The Invitation

Doing the work

To move from a scarcity driven mindset to one filled with abundance means I must be willing to do the hard work on self. I must probe many of the things I took to be foundational truths.  To do this I have discussions with many people; some I invite in to The Museum for Contemporary Artists for further conversation.  I also give them a helmet to wear.  Each one reacts differently.  Below are some people who I have shared my head pieces with in my community.

Joy

They came into the Museum for Contemporary Artists and asked to wear the helmets. They laughed and giggled and filled my heart with joy.

Farmer Dan

Dan grows organic food and flowers. He is community-minded and works so hard to lovingly restore the land.

Mark

I was introduced to Mark by Dan. He is a forager and knows a whole lot about a whole lot of things.

WeiHui

We have talked a great deal about art and its deeper meaning to unlock the self.

Mom

Many of my beliefs started as a child. My mom and I talk a great deal about the scarcity mindset and how we can move into abundance.

Get The Art Out

is a new community game focused on taking a critical look at how systems based on selection, hierarchy, and competition have created a scarcity mindset that has infiltrated the art industry and many others.
